We hope to cover everything you need to know about us and our services. Below you’ll find a collection of commonly asked questions. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

HOW CAN I BOOK MY COURSE?

You book directly on our website from the Courses Page and select the relevant course and book.  Alternatively, you can call our team and book over the phone at +234 808 080 5900 during office hours which are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. You can enquire about our courses using a contact form.

WHERE ARE YOUR COURSES HELD?

We hold our courses throughout Nigeria but primarily in Barnawa, Kaduna. Also, please let us know so your preferred location through the contact form for future course scheduling purposes.

CAN PAY FOR THE COURSES IN INSTALLMENTS?

Full payment for courses must be received at the point of booking the course.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY JOINING INSTRUCTIONS?

Course joining instructions are released 2-4 weeks before the course start date. If you have not received your joining instructions 2 weeks before your course start date. Please contact the office at +234 808 080 5900 or by email at info@chanochhealthsafetyhub.com.

WHAT PREREQUISITES DO I NEED TO ATTEND ANY OF THE COURSES?

WILL I BE REQUIRED TO DO ANY PRE-COURSE WORK?

This depends on the course that you are attending, but there may be an element of pre-course work. The amount you will be required to complete will vary depending on the course you enroll in. For more information about pre-course work please check the relevant course information page on our website. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL/ TRANSFER MY COURSE?

If you need to cancel or transfer your course, then please contact us at your earliest convenience. Fees will apply, please refer to our course booking terms and conditions (sections 3 & 4) for further details.

HOW LONG WILL THE QUALIFICATION LAST AND HOW DO I REFRESH MY QUALIFICATION?

Please refer to the specific course Information on the course page on our website for the information regarding qualification expiry.
For any qualification that expires, you will be able to attend a requalification course to renew your subject and certificates.

GENERAL

DELIVERY

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 1-7 days of order processing. You can track your order by visiting Track My Order and entering your order number.


Do you deliver only in Lagos?

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria including FCT.


How will the delivery be done?

Your order may be delivered by Our Courier Agents. You may be called before or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order.

Will all of the items in my order arrive in a single package?

If your orders arrive separately, please be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.


What should I do after my order is delivered?

After your order is delivered, make sure your items are as described and are not defective. If you notice any significant issues please email us at info@chanochhealthsafetyhub.com or call +2348080805900 and provide details as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

We strive to make shopping online as easy and convenient as possible and one way we do this is by giving you the choice of how to pay for your order. At CHS Hub, you have the following options:

  • Pay Online At Checkout;

  • ATM/Debit Card;

  • Internet Banking;

  • Bank Deposit;

  • Pay On Delivery;

  • Cash Payment (Note that couriers may have limits on the maximum amount of cash they can collect.); and

  • Point of Service (POS) with Visa/Mastercard.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

After reviewing your order with our delivery agent, you will be able to pay either in cash or with your debit card. If the product is defective or not what you ordered, please you may hand it back to our agent at no charge to you. Please note that sealed items cannot be unsealed before you pay.

Please note that you may not be able to return an item that is not defective or damaged. Also, please note that returns or replacements may not be available for some accessories and decors in the following cases:

  • Damages due to misuse of product;

  • Consumable items which have been used or installed;

  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;

  • Damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;

  • Products in the Books category;

  • Products that are returned without all original packaging and accessories. This includes the manufacturer's packaging and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered; and

  • Items with No Returns policy.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Please read them with care. If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us.


The contract between the customer and Chanoch Health and Safety Hub (CHS Hub) for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed. and dispatched (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.


Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different from that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. The delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate before checkout and payment and will be shown.

Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 7 days.
